These Terms of Service govern your use of the Libiworldwide website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Prices shown include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel orders where products are mispriced or unavailable.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We accept the methods displayed at checkout. Your order will only be shipped once payment has been received and verified.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery costs and estimated dates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery times depend on the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the shipping provider.

5. Returns and refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy on unworn items with original tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including designs, logos, text, and images, is the property of Libiworldwide or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

7. Liability

We do our best to ensure product information is accurate, but we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant item.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes will be resolved under that jurisdiction.
