Delivery times

Orders are packed within 1-2 business days. Delivery estimates start once the order is handed to the carrier. Your exact cost and estimated arrival window are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping rates are calculated live at checkout. We ship to most countries worldwide. If your address is outside our supported delivery zones, checkout will let you know before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. It can take up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear after the label is created.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags attached. Faulty or incorrect items are fully refunded, including return shipping.

To start a return, email support@libiworldwide.com with your order number and we will guide you through the process.
